Job Title: Sales Executive (Fresher)
Reports to: Sales Manager
Location: Kachchh, Gujarat (Preference for local candidates)
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products in the building material industry. If you are a recent graduate with a flair for sales and telemarketing, this is an excellent opportunity for you to kick-start your career in the sales domain.
Job Duties:
• Identify and target potential clients in the building materials industry.
• Engage with customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Present and promote our products effectively, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure timely follow-ups with leads and prospects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals and quotes for customers.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product offerings.
• Provide timely feedback to the management regarding market conditions and customer preferences.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: B.Com, MBA (Freshers with relevant academic qualifications are encouraged to apply)
• Experience: 0-3 years (building material industry is preferred.)
Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak proficiently and convincingly with customers.
• Strong passion and interest in sales and telemarketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to handle objections.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the sales field.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in the building materials industry (such as Bison Panel, Ceramic, Tile adhesive, etc.) is a plus.
• Knowledge of local language and familiarity with the market in Palga, Baroda, Kutch, or Jamnagar is highly preferred.
