Job Description
Work Location: NEWEDGE Office at Bodakdev, Ahmedabad.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline & preferably MBA – Marketing.
Total Exp.: Min 2 to 5 yrs of exp. in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Automobile.
Responsibilities:
Calling and understand the requirements of client.
Arrange the meeting with clients; give company introduction and repo built with clients.
Prepare inventory list and presentation as per client’s budget and requirements. Discuss and shortlist for the same.
Arrange the site visit with clients.
Follow ups and chain meetings towards closing.
Do networking with existing & new clients.
Sales presentation to customers.
Generating prospects and closing the sales through site visits to prospects.
Payment collection as per booking terms finalized.
Daily reporting.
Weekly/monthly performance review meetings with Department Head & Chairman.
Update data of CRM by providing proper data/feedback of field visits to Maintain CRM System.
Achieve Sales & Revenue Targets.
Co-ordinate with other departments to achieve overall targets of company.
