Roles and responsibilities:
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Setting up meetings with potential clients.
• Preparing marketing and sales strategies.
• Preparing PPT and pitch for sales and marketing.
• Conducting extensive research on competitors' products and services.
• Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns
• Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company.
• Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.
• Negotiating deals with the clients.
• Follow up the assigned leads and arrange timely meetings with the prospective clients
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Ensure timely/accurate recording, tracking and reporting of sales activities and customer/competitive information
• Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing solutions and drive results for clients
• Brand promotion through different marketing activities and revenue generation
• Any other roles and responsibilities as may be suggested by Department Head
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• A result-driven and organized individual.
• Target Oriented
• Should be active on linked in
• Good oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Good negotiation and sales skills.
