Experience required: Graduate fresher with Tech degree and
Experience with Min 6 months to 4 years
Location: Chembur - Mumbai
Age Criteria: Up to 28 Years
Compensation: Up to 6 LPA + Incentives
(Average hike that could be provided is between 10-30% on the
current/previous fixed salary)
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Interview Rounds: 2 Rounds
Round 1: Zoom Interview (Virtual Screening call from HR)
Round 2: Walk in Interview In the preferred location Office address itself
Roles and Responsibilities
• Connecting with minimum 80 working professionals (prospective students)
each day from the leads/database present on lead squared CRM.
• Generating a pool of prospects by identifying the need of upskilling depending
on the student’s area of interest.
• Helping prospective students with the detailed information about the programs
offered through phone or video counselling & create a strong pipeline.
• Ensure to meet daily deliverables achieve weekly/monthly enrolment target.
Requirements Skill and Knowledge
• Candidate Qualification Must Be Graduate with Sales Experience (No Retail
Sales or Presales)
• Fresher with Tech degree: BSc IT, BCA, B Tech, BE (No Civil Engineering)
• Experienced: Any Degree but selling tech course is Mandatory
• Ed Tech (No field sales)
• Age Criteria is up to 28
