We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic sales team as an Injection Molding Sales Representative. As a leading packaging company, we specialize in delivering high-quality injection molding solutions to a diverse range of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the injection molding industry.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the benefits of our injection molding products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of projects and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and closing deals in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the injection molding field to identify market opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and forecasts using CRM software.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional networks and promote our products and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the packaging industry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, technologies, and applications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present information to clients at various levels.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track activities, manage leads, and analyze sales data.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
