Job Responsibilities
• To create an annual customer plan for all accounts and gain client approval
• Account management entails growing current important accounts through creative consumer promotions and trade marketing, pricing mechanisms, and merchandising inputs
• Collaborate with Marketing and Channel Support Teams to create, purchase, and place promotional materials in the respective accounts from time to time
• Negotiate, convert, and secure long-term deals with important customers as per applicable and aligned terms.
• Asset management and stock alignment at various accounts in accordance with specifications
• Regular meetings with distributors and continous follow-up on stock availability, payment or supply issues, which are sent to the corresponding ASM for faster resolution
• Keeping track of sales statistics and other information for comparison, verification and gaining insights for future implementation
• Market working and regular visits to Assigned Key Accounts
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders, supervise MGRs and provide feedback on areas of improvement

Qualifications: Graduation or MBA
Experience: 2-4 years
Travel: Continuous travel within the designated area – 80% Travel in a month
