Lead Nurturing & Conversion:
• Conduct outbound phone calls to engage leads and provide information about our courses, services, and benefits.
• Address inquiries and concerns, guiding leads through the decision-making process.

· Ensure timely follow-up and engagement with leads to maximize conversion rates.

· Track and report on lead conversion metrics and KPIs.
• Maintain a record of all communications and interactions with leads.

Data Management:
• Analyze lead data and campaign performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Generate reports and insights to create marketing and sales strategies.

CRM Management:
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and organize leads, communications, and interactions.
• Keep CRM data up-to-date and accurate.

Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted marketing content and campaigns.
• Work closely with the teams to align lead generation efforts with sales objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to refine our approach.
• Identify and research potential leads generating opportunities through various online channels, including social media, websites, forums, and industry-specific platforms.

· Any other activity allied to the business that the management may want to be added.
