Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive Telecaller to join our sales team.
The primary role of this position is to make outbound calls to potential customers and close sales deals over the phone.
Responsibilities:
The primary role of this position is to make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists, databases, or leads acquired through marketing campaigns.
Develop a strong understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
Taking follow up with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and converting leads into customers.
Developing strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client relationships.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify potential sales opportunities.
Qualifications and skills :
-● High School Graduate/ Any Graduate with 1-5 years of experience is Sales
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Fluency required in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Persistence and resilience in handling rejection.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused and results-driven.
