Job Description
1. Engage with Health care Professionals at hospitals and Clinics and promote pharmaceutical products to doctors and medical staff, highlighting their benefits, features, and usage guidelines.
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospital doctors and key medical personnel to gain their trust and support for our products.
3. Ensure timely communication of updated product and service information from Sanjivani Paranteral to hospitals and Clinics through digital media.
4. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare regulations to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
5. Possess in-depth knowledge of our pharmaceutical products, including their clinical applications, side effects, and potential interactions.
6. Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals within the hospital sector.
7. Conduct educational seminars, workshops, and presentations for doctors to enhance their understanding of our products.
8. Provide ongoing support to doctors, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and product-related issues promptly.
+. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Prepare regular reports for management.
10. Prepare, compile, and analyse monthly sales reports for management review.
11. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (CFTs) on a monthly basis to discuss and develop account-specific sales and marketing plans, as well as analyse sales data.
