We are hiring a Sales executive for a fmcg company.
Experience: 1-3 years
Location: Borivali, Mumbai
Salary: 15k - 25k plus incentives
Notice period: Immediate joiners
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify potential clients and sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Maintain a database of leads and regularly update it with new prospects.
• Sales Presentations:
• Deliver persuasive and effective sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products/services.
• Address client inquiries and objections professionally.
• Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand the unique needs of each client and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Sales Strategy:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to align strategies with company goals.
• Sales Negotiation:
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Prepare and review sales contracts, proposals, and quotations.
• Sales Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and customer interactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Market Insights:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for product/service improvements.
• Customer Satisfaction:
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing post-sales inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
