Role: Senior Manager Sales Business Development (International)- Agro Commodities (L1 or L2) Base Location: Navi Mumbai Required Experience: 10+ Years in to International Sales of Agro Commodities Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and engaging new prospects globally. Dedicated to securing international tenders with precision and expertise. Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends, and gather insights to identify opportunities for growth and market penetration. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients and suppliers to ensure favourable outcomes and sustained business relationships. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Liaise with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth operations and optimal customer satisfaction. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, manage necessary documentation, and adhere to industry standards. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field. Masters degree is a plus. Proven track record in global sales within the agro commodities sector, demonstrating successful business development and revenue growth. Strong understanding of global agricultural markets, trading practices, and supply chain dynamics. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel internationally and work across different time zones as needed. Proficiency in relevant software applications and analytical tools. Personal Attributes Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a proactive approach. Adaptability to diverse cultural environments and business practices.
