Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Mumbai at Institute of Medicine & Law. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling IML's information, education, advisories, and services related to medical laws to healthcare providers. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively conveying how IML's solutions can benefit them.
Key Responsibilities
• Look for possible clients and opportunities for advertising or content solutions. This can be done through face-to-face meetings, emails, cold calls, LinkedIn, etc.
• Make effective plans and methods to reach sales goals and make the most of sales opportunities. This should take into account market trends, what competitors are doing, and what clients need.
• Develop and keep good relationships with clients and advertising agencies. This involves providing great customer service, understanding what the client wants, and offering the tailor-made solutions to help them reach their marketing goals.
• Work together with the internal publishing and event teams to provide a great customer experience.
• Watch the advertising and sponsorship activities of competing publications or websites.
• Make sure CRM software is kept up-to-date with information about clients (prospecting, opportunities, etc.).
Qualifications
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in sales or business development
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
