Sales Executive
Experienced : minimum 1year in jewellery industry
Location: Berhampore
Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 per month
Key Skills: Presentable, Good conversation skill,
Job Responsibilities:
• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information regarding pricing
• Answer customers questions about specific products/services
• Cross-sell products
• Ensures the proper display of company signage in order for customers to easily locate the jewelry shop or kiosk
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
