Job Title: Business Development Executive

Scope of the Job:
• Collaborate with Mahindra team and dealers to promote the Powerol brand.
• Drive sales in a designated territory through dealer engagement and support.
• Generate and convert inquiries while preparing monthly business plans.
• Identify customer needs and design promotional campaigns.
• Train dealer staff and ensure adherence to sales standards.
• Conduct competitor analysis and manage dealer stock levels.
• Liaise with retail finance companies and service dealers for enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Generate monthly MIS reports on sales and inquiries.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Mechanical) or MBA
• 3-6 years of experience in channel sales (related to power tools, electrical components, HVAC, etc.)
• Proven sales track record and market knowledge
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
