Job Description
Be the first point of contact with Banks, designated clients, and internal stakeholders.
End to end handling of new clients including requirement collation, coordination with Banks, and internal teams i.e. Technology &TechOps till the client go live.
To handle and resolve customer complaints. Manage troubleshoot, give effective solutions, provide information & reports, and improve customer satisfaction.
Proactively generate business leads from banks & existing clients.
Nurture Account management clients to be Key Account.
Coordinate with internal teams and follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
Identify urgent situations and escalate issues appropriately.
