Below is the Job Description for Sales Executive:
• The candidate is responsible for being in a team of pre-sales tele-calling associates to generate quality walk-ins across various projects.
• The job also includes understanding the customer’s needs & pitching the company’s product as suitable to the customer.
• Strong sales acumen with a versatile attitude.
• Ability to work independently.
• Result-oriented and self-starter.
• Researching and understanding the prospectus before making a call.
• Providing sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media, and emails. Also, research, maintain, follow up, and update a database of leads.
• Should work on verified leads, follow-ups, arranging site visits, and closing deals.
• Explain project details and demonstrate the features and benefits.
• Interact with customers to determine their requirements & address their queries.
• To probe & share maximum client information with the Sales Manager ensuring successful site visits & conversion. Update product knowledge in coordination with site offices on the project’s progress.
• Proactively communicate with the customers to build rapport and send project details for review/feedback.
• Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers periodically.
• Willing to Work on Saturdays/ Sundays.
• Generate sales leads through Tele-calling and online marketing activity.
• Pre-Sales is about managing leads from various sources & generating potential customers for various projects.
• Conducting & engaging in client site visits/meetings.
• Quality pitching.
• Achieve the sales target.

Skills Needed: Strategic thinking, Analytical skills, People thinking, Convincing/pitching power, and

Negotiation skills.
