We are looking to hire for the position of Sales Executive for our company.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Sales Generation
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and support.
• Understand customer needs and preferences, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales Process Management: Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closure.
• Territory Management: Effectively manage the assigned territory by developing a thorough understanding of the market, competitors, and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and proactively propose strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
Experience: 2 - 3 years
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
Skills:
• Candidates should have B2B Sales experience preferably in automobile segment.
• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry or with a specific product line.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and build relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM software or other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
