Designation: Facility Manager/ Assistant Facility Manager
Role: Sales & Operations
Location: Delhi (RK Puram) & Sec 43, Gurgaon
Requirements:
Graduate
handling a large and distributed team.
Experience in handling multiple external stakeholders will be a plus.
Strong understanding of data and capability to conduct in depth analysis
and arrive at solutions to tough problems.
Must be comfortable with extensive intra-city travel and getting involved in
operations at ground level on an ongoing basis.
Candidates must be flexible to work on weekends if the work demands.
Should have a strong work ethic.
Should have high orientation towards delivering great customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing center experience and incremental enhancements
Timely Opening and Closing of the centers
Inventory management: Ensure inventory of essentials, supplies and equipment, responsible for both stocking and re-ordering (first-aid, stationary, water, accessories etc.) • (Reduce the opex cost by 8-10% MOM)
Ensuring punctuality of Coaches and slots on time.
Handle issues with respect to attendance, equipment, and space availability.
Customer interactions and troubleshooting (Rating of 4.67+)
Interact with walk-ins and prospective clients (Improve conversions by 5-6% MOM)
Take feedback from members and partners about classes and document the same.
Handle issues that may lead to consumer experience during or pre/post class
Centre facility audits and inputs (Cleanliness- Safety Audit checklist) Quality score to be +5+
Ensure that we do daily audits of the center and facility including all supplies and essentials.
Critical metrics for the role:
NPS(Net Promoter Score) for the center at > 60
Overall ratings from customers at > 4.7/5
Audit scores at >= +0%
SOP adherence 100
