Job Responsibilities
• Personalized Customer Service:
• Welcome each customer with a warm and friendly greeting, making them feel valued and appreciated.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their preferences, special occasions, and unique requirements.
• Expert Sweets Guidance:
• Showcase an in-depth knowledge of our wide range of Indian sweets, explaining the taste profiles, ingredients, and regional specialties.
• Recommend specific sweets tailored to the customer's taste, event, or dietary preferences, creating a personalized shopping experience.
• Exquisite Presentation:
• Skillfully present our sweets, ensuring they are visually appealing and inviting.
• Assist customers in selecting beautifully packaged gift options, enhancing their gift-giving experience.
• Upselling and Cross-selling:
• Identify opportunities to upsell by suggesting add-ons, combinations, or larger quantities of sweets.
• Cross-sell related products like beverages, snacks, or accompaniments to enhance the customer's overall experience.
• Handling Customer Feedback:
• Actively seek customer feedback and respond empathetically to any concerns or suggestions.
• Use customer insights to continuously improve our products and service.
• Festive and Event Expertise:
• Offer expert guidance on traditional sweets for various festivals, celebrations, and cultural occasions.
• Provide insights on serving recommendations and portion sizes for events.
• Visual Merchandising:
• Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain an attractive sweets display.
• Ensure that the display is always well-stocked and inviting.

Location:-Moti Nagar and Netaji Subhash Place-2

Qualifications

Someone who has an extensive experience in Premium Bakery / Patisserie .

A genuine passion for Indian traditional sweets and the cultural significance they hold.

Previous experience in customer-facing roles, especially in retail, hospitality, or food services.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong sales acumen with a customer-focused approach.

Impeccable grooming and presentation.

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Working Conditions

This role requires being on your feet for extended periods.

Flexibility in working hours to accommodate customer demand, especially during peak festive seasons.
