Examples: paints, hardware, sanitaryware distribution range, CP fitting distribution range, plastic CP fittings, Plywood, Tanks, Dr Fixit, Kitchen sinks Compulosry

1. Must be needy and should be hungry to perform
2. Must be from small town or village
3. Must have bike Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Channel Development To appt. new retailers to cover all markets and all areas. To identify and propose appointment of direct dealers as directed by the mgmt and State Head
Find market gaps. Target and convert the right retail partners Monitoring/tracking retailer sales monthly and Ensure retailer growth
Mgmt of the retailers. Taking repeat orders. Give targets to retailers and ensure fulfillment. Demand additional sale from them in addition to the demand generated by our team. Propose, run and...
