2. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
3. Sales and Revenue Generation: Meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth through flight bookings and associated services.
4. Product Knowledge: Keeping up-to-date with airline offerings, routes, and pricing to provide accurate and valuable information to customers.
5. Consultation and Recommendations: Advising customers on the best flight options, considering their needs, preferences, and budget.
6. Booking Management: Handling flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications on behalf of customers.
7. Problem Resolution: Addressing customer issues, such as flight delays, cancellations, and billing discrepancies, and finding solutions.
8. Market Research: Staying informed about market trends, competitors and customer demands to make informed sales strategies.
+. Sales Reporting: Keeping records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue generation for analysis and reporting.
10. Promotions and Marketing: Assisting in the development and execution of sales promotions and marketing campaigns to attract more customers.
11. Technology and Tools: Utilizing booking software and tools to streamline the reservation process and enhance the customer experience.
12. Administrative Tasks: Handling paperwork, invoices, and financial transactions related to flight bookings.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
