Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing PaySprint's customer base. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and working collaboratively within the team to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
• Demonstrable experience in achieving sales targets
• Technical proficiency and understanding of digital payment solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
• Understanding of the banking and fintech industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Willingness to travel as required
