Job Responsibilities
Handle inquiries from potential buyers and provide them with project details.
Conduct site visits and explain the property features, pricing, and payment plans.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a smooth sales process.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Assist in documentation and loan processing for clients.
Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor projects.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Freshers/ experience in real estate sales (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Hindi, Marathi
Confidence in handling client interactions and negotiations.
Basic computer knowledge
