Urgent Hiring for Real Estate Sr. Sales Executive/ Business Developer Executive Job Location and Interview Location- Jaipur
Experience required- 01 to 3 Years (Specifically in Real Estate industry)
Language- English and Hindi
No. of Openings: 5
Qualification required: Graduation in any stream
Preference- Female Candidates only
• Responsible for Sales of the company.
• Responsible for developing channel partners for the Projects.
• Meeting and greeting clients visiting the offices.
• Following up leads generated.
• Comparing a property to others in the area then convince to customer.
• Pointing out a properties best feature to buyer and answering their questions.
• Responsible for generating leads for business.
• Designing and implementing of sales strategies for targeted revenue.
• Responsible for preparing the daily sales report.
Required Candidate Profile
• Self-sufficient and self motivated to succeed in sales process
• Professionalism, integrity, responsibility and accountability
• Previous experience in Real Estate specifically in Commercial Property sales
• Knowledge about Noida real estate market will be a plus
• Persistent and proactive
• Excellent communicator with good negotiating skills
• Dynamic personality and ability to connect with people
• Flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and team playing ability
• Candidate should be comfortable for meeting
