Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling residential plots in our real estate development projects. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, build strong relationships with potential buyers, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
· Generate leads and identify potential buyers through various channels such as online platforms, referrals, networking events, and promotional activities.
· Meet and engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs, and preferences.
· Provide accurate and detailed information about available residential plots, including location, amenities, infrastructure, pricing, and payment plans.
· Showcase and present the features and benefits of the residential plots to potential buyers, emphasizing the value proposition.
· Conduct site visits and accompany potential buyers to the project location, highlighting the advantages of the plots and addressing any queries or concerns.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns to attract potential buyers.
· Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the completion of all necessary documentation and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
· Maintain regular follow-ups with potential buyers to build relationships, address concerns, and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
· Proven Experience in Sales, preferably in the Real Estate industry ;
· Strong knowledge of local real estate market;
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills; and
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with client.
