Job Title: Home Loan Sales Executive
Experience Required: 1–5 years in financial product sales (in home loans)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Home Loan Sales Executive to drive home loan business through direct customer engagement, partner networks, and relationship building. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills and a passion for helping individuals realize their dream of owning a home.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through direct sourcing, channel partners, and references.
Meet prospective clients, understand their financial requirements, and recommend suitable home loan products.
Assist customers throughout the loan application process including documentation, verification, and approvals.
Achieve monthly sales targets for home loan disbursements.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing.
Stay updated on housing loan products, interest rates, and market trends.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
Proven experience in financial product sales; home loan experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
