Educational Qualification: Preferably B.Tech (Agri Engg.)/ B.Sc (Agriculture/ Horticulture) / Any Graduate from same Industry and or MBA/PGDBM
Job Responsibilities:
Main responsibility is to drive sales results in Assigned area
Develop strong dealer network across assigned Area.
Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational goals; analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
Preparation of monthly/ yearly sales projections, targets based on market scenario and scope, employee and dealers' strength etc.; build good relationships with potential and existing Buyers, dealers.
Responsible for achievement of AOP & Market Share.
Responsible for implementation of Micro Planning which includes – channel development, marketing activities e.g., Farmer meetings exposure visits, product campaigns etc.
Competitor Business analysis & model in the said territory
Liaison with Govt. & Bank officials.
Continuously improve sales performance through defining and refining best practices. Lead by example by affecting direct sales!
Be available to travel frequently to territories to support Dealers/ Fabricators /field work.
Coordinate with Head office to ensure smooth execution of sales, required materials and information to promote the company’s products and services are available
