Responsibilities
Understanding the products offered by the company.Taking ownership of your target and developing a strategy which works best for you.Updating the database with all the customer's information.Building a relationship with the old and existing customers.Taking and processing customers' orders in a professional manner.Creating monthly sales reportsProviding an excellent customer service to the customers.Answering to customers' questions in regard to products.Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.Stay abreast with the latest trends in the industry.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field or HSC passed.1+ years of work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telesales Representative, or a related job position in the Sales department (freshers can also apply).Excellent communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.Outstanding ability to follow scripts.Pleasant and customer-oriented individual.Ability to handle multiple tasks.Ability to deal with different personalities.Good time management skills.Ability to provide excellent customer service.
