About the job:
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our team as a FMCG sales executive. The individual will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the consumer market. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify area – wise potential customers and develop strategies to reach them.
• Keep regular follow up of potential leads and convert them.
• Negotiate and close sales deals with customers
• Build and maintain synergies between new and existing customers and distributor network.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer needs and preferences.
• Provide insights on marketing activities and co-ordinate with other team members for marketing activities.
• Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
Job Requirements:
• Minimum one year of experience in B2C sales (FMCG Segment)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work using MS Office to generate and maintain sales records.
• Fluent in Hindi & Marathi
Salary:
The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience.
