Marketing and sales Executive.
Qualification: Any Graduate/Postgraduate (BBA/MBA Preferred)
Experience: 1 to 3 Years in Sales and marketing
Candidate will acquire new retail customers and will be responsible for driving the retail store acquisitions in the Retail and restaurant industry verticals (lifestyle, electronics, furniture, Apparels, Footwear, Accessories, Eyewear, toyshops, saloons, spas, foods joints, restaurants)
The retailers are large format stores with one or more stores around the country. Choosing the right partner, passionate about sales, highly smart negotiation skills, awesome understanding of Mobile Apps and retailer's pain point are the key traits we are looking for in the desired leader. Handling not only the sales but post relationships with the partners, handing the cataloguing team can also be part of the responsibilities, if the desired candidate can take over a bigger role in the venture. Candidate will execute on the overall retail strategy
Responsibilities
Key responsibility of collaborating and on-boarding the retailer brands in the city.
Manage complete sales cycle process from identifying to closing new partnerships with tier-1 retailers across different verticals (lifestyle, electronics, furniture, Apparels, Footwear, Accessories, Eyewear, toyshops, saloons, spas, foods joints, restaurants)
Cultivates relationship with existing customer to ensure retention as well as explore possibility of additional business.
Acts as point of contact for the client, attends to customer issues promptly. Coordinates internally for effective service delivery to customers.
Meet and exceed revenue and new account addition targets
Regular communication and travel to customers you’ve signed to build/nurture relationships

Excellent client management and prospecting skills - self-starter, organized and detail-oriented
Consultative Skills - identity, develop and articulate a value proposition.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Established relationships with senior executives in retail and comfortable navigating client-side processes and politics
Salesforce expertise
Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion.
Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies. Interest and experience in using technology and the Internet to improve work efficiency. Skills:- Business Development, Sales, Field Sales and Telesales
