Job Description
We are looking for freshers Sales executive for Bhugaon Location.
Location: Bhugaon, Pune
Must have 2 Wheeler
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
2. Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in pipeline on a daily basis from various lead sources to include Sign calls, Internet sources, Past clients, Website registrations, Listing inquiries, Facebook registrations, Direct-mail responses.
3 Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
4. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
5. Making appointments and showing buyers around a property.
6. Develop strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.
7. Conduct negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients.
8. Communicating with legal counsel to prepare sale and lease documents.
+. Coordinate with the Sales Manager and other team members to achieve better results in the given deadline.
10. Maintain DSR report and send it to the team on a regular basis
