Sales Executive
Education: B.Sc / B.Pharm / BBM / MBA (Marketing)
Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience at 100 bedded hospital / Health industry, medical representative experience is preferred
Key Role & Responsibilities:
1. Establish a marketing strategy and a sales plan for the teaching hospital.
2. In an effort to grow the referral business, we are in the process of locating referral centers in all of the adjacent cities.
3. Managing sales by developing a business strategy that includes controls for sales, revenue, and expenses is an effective way to manage sales.
4. The individual sales quotas for each member of the sales team are determined.
5. Determine the requirements for the number of incoming leads that are essential to meet your sales goals.
6. Through the use of proposals and presentations, effectively convey the value proposition to physicians, community influencers, and government bodies.
7. Partnerships with organizations such as institutions and referral centers as well as insurance companies for the purpose of growing and expanding a business.
8. Creates plans of action for field sales to be used in the implementation of regional sales programs
+. Analyze the sales data for the period and devise and put into action strategies to boost those figures.
10. To perform additional duties as assigned by the management in the best interest of the institution.
