Description
• Identify and target potential customers through market research, referrals, cold-calling, and networking.
• Create and maintain a database of potential leads and contacts for effective follow-ups.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to utilize promotional materials, campaigns, and events to generate leads.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the advantages of solar products and systems.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections with compelling responses.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements with customers to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing post-sales inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
