The ideal candidate should have strong communicationskills, a good understanding of the real estate market, and a proven trackrecord of achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and pursue new leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms.Client Interaction: Meet with potential clients to understand their property needs and present suitable options.Sales Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure smooth transactions.Market Knowledge: Stay informed about property values, market trends, and competitor activities.Client Relationship Management: Maintain and build long-term relationships with clients to secure future business.Qualifications:Fresh graduates or individuals with minimal 1.5 years of experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and develop sales and negotiation skills.
