Responsibilities
• Handle incoming leads (online & offline) and qualify them through calls/WhatsApp.
• Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
• Develop a strong understanding of project details, floor plans, pricing and builder schemes.
• Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Assist in closing deals with support from senior team members.
• Regularly update CRM tools and follow up with leads.
• Coordinate with developers/builders for inventory, pricing updates and client coordination.
• Support in on-ground marketing activities and events if needed.
Qualifications
• Education: HSC or Graduate (BCom/BMS/BBA preferred)
• Experience: 1–3 years in real estate or direct sales preferred
• Must have: Smartphone, basic computer skills, and willingness to travel
• Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
