Job Description
We are looking for a skilled sales and marketing professional who can bridge the gap between our marketing efforts and customer acquisition. As a Sales and Marketing Liaison, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing leads, and converting them into customers. You will work closely with marketing, operations, and academic teams to ensure every student is the right fit—and fully committed to their culinary journey.
Your primary responsibility will be to conduct discovery calls and consultations with qualified leads, understand each candidate's goals, motivations, and fit for our programs, and clearly explain our course offerings, fee structure, and value proposition. You will also maintain detailed records of prospects in a CRM, follow up via phone, WhatsApp, and email across multiple touchpoints, and share feedback with marketing to improve lead quality and targeting. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of proven experience in education or edtech sales and a strong consultative selling skillset.
