Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive / Sales Manager located in Pune. The Sales Executive/Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting sales targets, identifying potential sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, creating sales strategies, and reporting on sales performance. Additional tasks include negotiating contracts, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the marketing team to generate leads.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
