Identifying Sales Opportunities:
• Researching and identifying potential clients or markets
• Creating a sales plan and setting sales targets
• Analyzing sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies
Building Relationships:
• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Initiating contact with new prospects and building rapport
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and requirements
• Building trust and credibility with clients by demonstrating knowledge and expertise
Closing Sales:
• Presenting and demonstrating products or services to clients
• Negotiating pricing and terms of sales
• Overcoming objections and addressing concerns of clients
• Closing sales and processing orders
Providing Customer Support:
• Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships
• Handling complaints and resolving issues
• Providing support and assistance to clients as needed
Reporting and Analysis:
• Reporting on sales activities and results
• Analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Providing feedback and recommendations to management
