Twisted Automotive Limited are looking for a highly motivated sales executive to join their North Yorkshire based team. Working over five days to include weekends, the role requires excellent customer service skills alongside a hunger to learn and promote that brand and product. As a sales executive within Twisted Automotive, your focus would be on pre-built vehicle sales with scope to move into conversion and commission sales as your product knowledge develops. You would be responsible for listing and updating online adverts as well as generating enquiries, appointments and closing sales. This is a very rewarding role for the right candidate and offers a great opportunity to work with the UK’s leading modifier of both the Land Rover Defender and Suzuki Jimny.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Identify business opportunities and prospects.
• Gather and accurately record customer information and preferences.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Ensure customers receive accurate, up to date and relevant information.
• Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to close sales.
• Maintain and support customers during and following the sales process along with recommending new opportunities when appropriate.
• Respond to and follow up on enquiries to generate new business via telephone, email, video call in in-person visits.
• Prepare accurate cost calculations and quotations.
• Work closely with the head of sales to negotiate on price, costs and delivery to maintain margin.
• Take payments and transaction details
• Liaise with the parts department and workshop to provide clear and concise information to the customer.
• Create sales orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy at all times.
• Maintain CRM systems and prepare sales reports for the head of sales as required
• Attend shows and events, representing the company.
• Occasional travel to represent the company at our other sites around the UK.

Experience
• Previous automotive experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given to the right candidate.
• Sales background is desirable but a keenness to learn is essential.
