Sr. Sales Executive/ ASM - 2 (M) Qualification :- MBA in marketing & Any Graduate
Personnel skill: - Convincing ability, enthusiastic, motivational, responsible, hardworking, communicational skill, team player etc.
Location:- Uaipur, Kota (Rajasthan), Agra, Lucknow (UP)
Experience :- 2 To 3 Years Responsibility 1. To make sales and marketing of PVC, CPVC, UPVC, Agri Pipes & Fittings, HDPE & Column Pipes. 2. Develops sales and marketing strategies and plans that add value to the achievement of company's goals and objectives. 3. Assigns job to staff and directing, coaching, supervising, and leading them to achieve the desired sales output. 4. Conducts periodic review of media market surveys, customer research, market conditions, competitor data, and implements marketing plan changes in order to identify new potential clients and market. 5. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. 6. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. 7. Evaluates sales targets of team, execution plan and accomplishments towards planning results. 8. Guides pricing strategy and give adequate inputs to business to develop pricing strategies, balancing objectives and customer satisfaction. +. Guides production planning 10. Establish and maintain healthy customer relationships in terms of business promotion. 11. Establish and maintain healthy customer relationships. 12. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. 13. Ensure, in cooperation with finance, the financial records and controls. 14. Coordination with other departments. 15. Periodical staff evaluation and promotion.
