Dhabriya Polywood is one of the leading manufacturers of premium uPVC and Aluminium Door Window systems.
Our company is looking for a Sales Executive to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals for our uPVC range of products. Duties will include developing B2B/Channel sales and making sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
The candidate will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is a must.
Responsibilities
Reaching out to potential leads through a variety of channels, such as email, phone (cold calling), text, and social media
Appoint Distributors for company’s product range in own Area of Responsibility and undertake marketing in close co-operation with the Distributor
Establish contact and present our products to architects, builders and interior designers for incorporation in Projects
Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
Submitting and processing orders to ensure customers receive the products or services they request on time
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Participating in company meetings with sales managers and other sales reps to coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments and also to update on sales figures and targets
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive with proficiency in developing B2B/Channel sales.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
· Should have knowledge of selling to architects, interior designers, construction industry and Real Estate businesses with contacts in the above mentioned professional communities
· Good contacts with Architects/Interior Designers/Builders will be preferable
· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
· Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
· Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
· Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
