We look for a friendly Sales Girl to assist customers in our womenswear boutique at Vadodara.
The salesperson will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs and helping them find required items in the store.
To be successful as a salesperson you must have excellent communication skills. A good salesperson meets sales objectives while remaining polite and helpful to customers.

Arya - The Design Gallery is a line of young, trendy, boho-chic brand. The collection is fusion-wear in rich vibrant colors, textures and prints of India in indo-western cuts and hues. Encouraging, playful, free-spirited clothing. Arya was established in 2004 in Vadodara, Gujarat.
Salesperson Responsibilities:
• Must have womenswear product knowledge
• Ability to showcase, fold and stack garments
• She will be required to help increase offline sales at store and online sales via our digital marketing channels
• Quick to understand customers' need and assist in product selection
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets as provided by management
• Loop in improvement suggestions and feedback from customers back to management. Ability to troubleshoot issues with customers.
• Keep track of inventory and maintain inventory on prebuilt MS excel format
Salesperson Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of MS office
• Basic mathematical skills
• Prior experience in retail (preferred in garments)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Language known English, Hindi, Gujarati

Salary:
₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
