Job Title: Sales Executive (Weighing Equipment)
Location: Qatar
Contract Duration: 2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and target new business opportunities within the weighing equipment market.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Promote and sell the company’s range of weighing equipment, including floor scales, truck scales, industrial weighing systems, etc.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Analyze customer feedback and market data to continuously improve sales strategies and offerings.
• Sales Support & Coordination:
• Coordinate with the service and technical teams to ensure that customer needs are met promptly.
• Follow up on sales leads, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.
• Achieving Sales Targets:
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
• Customer Support:
• Provide product knowledge and technical information to clients to support purchasing decisions.
• Assist customers with post-sales inquiries and product concerns.
• Product Knowledge & Training:
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in weighing equipment.
• Provide training and support to customers regarding the use of products.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Technical knowledge in engineering or electronics is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the industrial or technical equipment sector.
• Skills:
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain their benefits to clients.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems).
• Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
• Driving License: Preferably an Indian driving license for transportation.
Working Hours:
• Morning Shift: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
