We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This is a remote position, but we prefer candidates based in Pune, Ahmedabad, or Rajkot. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting Expertias AI-powered recruitment solutions. This role requires an excellent understanding of sales processes, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology and AI-driven innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Outreach & Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential clients in the HR tech and recruitment industry.
Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling (LinkedIn).
Generate new business opportunities by engaging with potential customers.
Sales Presentations & Demos:
Conduct product demos and presentations via video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
Tailor the sales pitch to address the specific needs and pain points of each client.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Sales Negotiation & Closing:
Lead negotiations and close deals effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of the product for new clients.
Sales Reporting & CRM Updates:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and progress using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Provide regular reports to the sales manager regarding performance, goals, and pipeline.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or inside sales, preferably in SaaS, recruitment technology, or related industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and tailor communication to different audiences.
Sales Process Expertise:
Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable working with technology and digital platforms.
Strong knowledge of SaaS products, recruitment, or HR tech is a plus.
Self-Motivated & Results-Driven:
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Location:
Candidates based in Pune, Ahmedabad, and Rajkot are preferred.
