Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their preferences and needs.
Proactively approach customers, whether through inbound inquiries, walk-ins, or outreach efforts.
Showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles to potential customers, highlighting their unique selling points.
Conduct product demonstrations, test drives, and address customer queries to ensure an informed purchase decision.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep abreast of automotive industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Utilize various sales techniques to negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales revenue.
Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
1.6 to 2 years of proven experience in automotive sales, preferably within a dealership environment.
A passion for automobiles and an in-depth understanding of automotive features, specifications, and technology.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target-driven environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and credibility with customers.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on building long-lasting relationships.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage paperwork and documentation accurately.
Flexibility to work during general shifts and contribute positively to the team's success.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
