Job Description
Responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new clients and selling renewals/upgrades to current gym members along with other income(Corporate sales, PT training, Nutrition Program)Responsible for having complete product, pricing and promotion knowledge for the Gym membership sales.Responsible to maintain fitness counseling planner using established sales systems.Responsible for referral program, Up selling, and cross selling.Responsible to enter all details of customers, walks ins, customer inquiry etc in the software.Responsible for making courtesy calls to all new members and thereafter once a month to maintain relationships and ensure the members are regular in using the gym.
