Position: Sales Engineer – Mechanical Tooling

Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy
• MBA (preferred or additional advantage)

Position Overview:
• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Representative with a strong background in the sales and marketing of tungsten carbide products.
• The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation, proven sales experience, Mechanical Tooling industry experience, and a customer-focused approach to driving business growth.
• Strong English Communication Skills – both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Willingness to Travel – 3 to 4 times per month across PAN India for client visits, meetings, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively approach potential customers and build strong business relationships
• Receive and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements and product specifications
• Follow up to confirm orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery
• Ensure smooth communication and manage the complete sales cycle — from initial contact to final payment collection
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, quotations, orders, and payments

Desired Skills & Experience:
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing of tungsten carbide products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and customer management abilities
• Technical understanding of engineering products and applications
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel and CRM tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
