Responsibilities
Hardcore field sales, will be completely incentive-driven.
Completely target-driven performance measurement.
Visit pharmacy retailers as per the areas & list of customers given by the company and increase sales.
Visit potential customers and pitch to them about the products & services and onboard them on the platform.
Regularly visit active clients and take feedback from them and report.
Solve customer queries with coordination with the help of the customer care and operations department.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Requirements
Proven experience in hardcore sales preferably in Insurance, Loans & Creditcards, direct selling, channel sales & FMCG products.
Willing to work on a complete incentive-driven earning structure.
Ability to perform under pressure.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
