Network and prospect to find potential clients and sell them on the benefits of using our agency
Travel to properties with clients to show off the features of each home and help them compare different properties based on their needs
Assist clients in developing “wish lists” of features they want in their homes
Guide clients through the process of staging and preparing their homes for sale
Negotiate contracts so the terms are as favorable as possible for the client (and while consulting with real estate lawyers when necessary)
Advise clients on the potential profit margins of investment properties based on comps
Put together comps for buyers and sellers to consider
Host open houses for clients who are motivated to sell their homes
