Job Description :
ïƒ Achieve monthly / annual Sales target
ïƒ Handle entire store operations
ïƒ Convert high value customer queries into sales
ïƒ Play a lead role and provide guidance to the team
ïƒ Should have customer centric approach
ïƒ Should focus on making the store profitable and cut down costs
ïƒ Participation in the jewellery and other outdoor exhibitions
ïƒ Flexible in time and work, based on the requirement
ïƒ Prepare appropriate merchandise mix for store as per customer requirement.
ïƒ Identify stock gaps on regular intervals
ïƒ Ensure zero stock loss at store
ïƒ Identify various opportunities to increase foot-falls at the store
ïƒ Should be able to give feedback to marketing and merchandise team on consumer behaviour and reasons for non-purchase
ïƒ Responsible for achieving Top Line and Bottom Line
